In 1987 we designed and began to build a new gun for us that we called the Black Widow. In 1989 GUNS magazine featured our Black Widow as their playmate of the month and it has been one of our most popular series ever since.

The original Black Widow is built on your Blackhawk® or Super Blackhawk® or Bisley and is available in 356 GNR, 401 GNR, 41 GNR, 41 Magnum, 44 magnum or 45 long colt. The caliber of your base gun does not matter as all that changes in the conversion. The Black Widow features an unfluted 6 shot cylinder, the barrel length of your choice, and our Gunfighter Grip based on the Super Blackhawk® gripframe or our Magnum Gripframe. It also has our Deep Dish Crown, Maxi Throat and full action job for the ultimate in accuracy. It has the interchangeable blade front sight with your choice of red or green fiber optic, gold bead or standard black blade. We add a set of black Micarta grips to the Gunfighter Grip and our high polished Black Chromex finish, engrave our Black Widow spiders on the frame and barrel along with your name if you like, add a full action job, Maxi Throat and Deep Dish crown and you have one of the nicest custom guns around.
