The Alaskan Classic
|GARY REEDER CUSTOM GUNS is happy to announce the update and continuation of our more popular hunting rifles, our ALASKAN CLASSIC . This beauty first saw the light of day back in 1995 in .45-70, full engraved and finished in our Black Chromex finish. We still build it in the 45-70, which is our most popular caliber but also build it in 50 Alaskan, 440 GNR, 450 GNR, 475 GNR and 476 GNR. We also build the ALASKAN CLASSIC in stainless and in a two toned finish.|
The new Alaskan Classic is chambered in 45-70 or the caliber of your choice. It
has an 18" heavy duty barrel with gold bands front and rear, with Maxi Throat
and Deep Dish Crown. It has Alaskan game engraved on the sides of the frame,
which is high polished. The barrel and top of the frame are finished in the
satin Vapor Honed Black Chromes while the sides of the frame are the deluxe
Black Chromex. It has a full action job and has the XS rear sight and the
interchangeable blade front sight system with gold bead up front. It has the
wide loop for use with gloved hands and the stock has the Decelerator pad for
recoil absorption. The gun is very accurate and is ready to go.
Our revised ALASKAN CLASSIC in the caliber of your choice will take any animal you choose to hunt on this planet. Whether you are hunting Brown bear in Alaska or Russian boar in Tennessee, you can't do much better than our ALASKAN CLASSIC. The ALASKAN CLASSIC is built on your own blue or stainless 1895 Marlin in .45-70 for the conversion. As always, one third down and we begin work on your new ALASKAN CLASSIC.
